Chrome wind deflectors
« on: October 06, 2006, 09:46:09 AM »

I purchased and installed the wind deflectors that attach on either side of the wind screen mount.  I can't for the life of me figure out which is the right and which is the left.  Help

Are these what your asking about?
HD # 58121-85B

If so than they install so that the deflector is on the front side of the bracket. If you install then wrong they will hit your engine guard when you turn

IROAR,

You're gonna love 'em.  They work very good.  I had a set until I got the SE passing light brackets, which are not compatible with the deflectors.

I have logged several hundred miles with these wind deflectors.  I should have purchased them several years ago.  At highway speeds the buffeting is gone and the ride is comparable to a bike with a fairing.  Highly recommend.   Best part, the cost is less than $100
