Anyone replace their stock exhaust yet? If so what did you go with?

Sure have, did it as soon as I bought the bike.  I went with a Jackpot ceramic-coated header and crossover, and I finally settled on S/E Fatshotz (14 discs, closed caps) for the mufflers.  The stock mufflers actually sound pretty good, but I wanted a bit more.  I tried a pair of 4" Dyno-Tuned Jackpots I had from my last bike, but they were just too loud with the 255's timing.  The Fatshotz give a nice tone, and I can barely hear them at cruise (which is ideal for me).

I've run the Fullsac X Pipe on several bikes but have also considered the Jackpot header. Do you notice any difference in heat with Jackpot's header? Does the ceramic coating make a noticeable difference?
It's substantially cooler than stock.  I've never tried an uncoated pipe, but there's no downside to the coating so I've stuck with it.  Nice thing is that the pipe itself is stainless steel, so even if the coating gets scratched off by a heat shield clamp, the pipe's not going to rust.  If by some chance it does, the pipe has a lifetime warranty.

I went with the V&H Power Dual head pipe and mated to Rinehart 4" muffs, the same set up I have on my 11FLTRU.  A combination I like and my tuner likes as well.
