Getting ready to take orders for the CVO patch,....

Hey folks, I'm getting ready to start taking orders for the CVO patches here in Afghanistan. I am looking for a volunteer to help me create an order form in Microsoft Excel. I envision an excel sheet with a blank patch diagrammed in it, and all one needs do is fill in the colors and wording. I'll take the excel order and print it out, and that way Hajji will know EXACTLY what the patch should look like upon completion.

If anyoine can anyone help with this, please send me a PM so we can start working on it!
