The flames at the front of the fender is not what I approved. But after waiting months to get it done I wasn't about to wait any longer.

The two flames at the bottom left and right were just added.

With the fender, my goal was to make it mostly light candy. Just too much dark cherry for my taste.

The paint is a very good match. The only place it doesn't match up well is the street glide extension.

But, that is new paint attached to a 7 year old fender. That and that particular extension was not painted with the rest of the parts. I originally had the shop fill in the holes of the extension, thinking they were just for antennas, forgetting I needed the holes for the tourpac release kit.

Do you have some full bike pics that show all around the bike?

Not with me, I'm away camping right now. I'll see about some phone pics later though.

Or - you could come to Maggie Valley next week  :2vrolijk_21:

Fender and tourpak look GREAT!! Excellent choice to change to mostly lighter red on the fender.
I am sure the paint on the fender now flows better with the rest of the bike :2vrolijk_21:

Job well done!!

Looking forward to seeing it next week!

Looking good.
You really don't notice that the paint on the streetglide parts until you point it out.
I also like the light cherry color better. I have been trying to figure out what I want to do to mine.

I can see where the orange would contrast well with the yellow.
Mine is reflective red, really doesn't standout like it does in the pic.

That's what looks so good about it to me.  What I really wonder about is how often you tear your mitts up on that barbed wire surrounding the plate?  :nixweiss:  spyder
