Probability or possibility?

Hi guys,

i ordered a New BREAKOUT CVO sedona on the 24th of september 2013.

My dealer said i'll have a 90% possibility to have it.

Since i know that the production is limited, and he told me that Harley Davidson put a "date limit" onto order near half of october i would like to know if in your opinion i'll finally receive my CVO, or there still be the possibility to miss it.

I think i'm in time, but i would know your experiences. It would be helpful for me.

Europe is a different kettle of fish than America, certainly the home market will be served first, we Europeans will have to wait our turn, best of luck!

My dealer was not worried at all!

He only said something like: "Ah, laste year they gave us our CVO in late march, so You have to wait, but don't worry!".

Let's hope he's right!

Hi, there are two CVO Breakout in Crimson Red available, one is new and the other is used with only 142km, both bikes are in Germany, see the links below

Have you paid a deposit? Did you sign a contract?

My advice, contact the importer in Belgium to make sure they allocated your bike to the dealership. Harley Europe only send the bikes to dealers that have firm orders (well at least that is what they are trying to do).

Or, put your name down in another dealership to make sure you get one. If not you can always cancel one

Yes,

I placed an order, signed the contract and gave 3,000 Euros of deposit.

Meanwhile, my dealer sent via e-mail the scan of the contract to Harley Italy.

Evrything exactly as You said.

They told me, they'll let me know something asap.

I thinkk my dealer is waitin' for bike allocation too...

Last September 12th 2012 I ordered a CVO Breakout in the UK. Paid my deposit, but didn't get the bike even though my dealer thought I would ! I kept my order on the dealer, and was effectively at the "front of the queue"for the 2014 Breakouts.  I now have a Hard Candy. Sedona Sand Breakout confirmed for a scheduled delivery in February 2014. So in my case I will have waited 17 months for the bike!

I hope you have much better luck than me.

Yes, for a bike that cost 30.000 a 10 % deposit can be right. Before or after...i have to pay right?

If i have to wait 17 months for a new bike...well, i'd change  idea.

I have to give a cash deposit, i have to sign a contract, and i have to give my street bob in and still not be sure to get the new bike?

I don't think it's serious. And i don't like this way of work.

If u can't produce enough bikes, well tell us and then we'll decide.

Anyway, i'll see. Hope to have more luck than You.

yes, you have to pay... it's just that here, it's 1000 can$ whatever bike you order...  1/4 of what you have to pay...

Hope you won't have to wait fot 17 months...

Different countries, different habits.

Let's see, my dealer says march. Will it be true? Dunno.
