FYI;
I just thought I would give a update on the seasonal colors.
I am in Telluride today.  The color is going to be Great for the next two weeks.
Right now the aspens are about 10%.
I have been in Durango since Sunday 9-22-13, the colors on that sided of the mountain are about 30% and are Very nice on the Million Dollar Hi-way.
Silverton now has a HD dealer outlet from the Durango store, just t-shirts.
The bad news is that I am not riding but working out of my company truck
I just thought I would give a update.  It rained and snowed on the 22nd which gave the peaks a nice white top to go with the gold.
The weather since has been wonderful mid 70's depending on elevation clear blue skies no clouds at all, I hope it hold for the rest of the trees to turn.
Over and out I am heading back to the front range tomarrow.  I will and look for some color over there on Saturday.  I gotta watch Payton and the boys on Sun.

I stopped in the Silverton store in late July...  If you're size 3X, 4X or Small, you'd have a great selection of shirts.  Most anything else, not so much...  The Durango store wasn't much better.  Maybe just bad timing on my part?      Great spot for lunch just down from the Silverton store, though.  I think it was called the Brown Bear Café.

The views of the Million Dollar Highway were fantastic.  I can only imagine how beautiful it is with fall colors...

You'll make me cry.  I grew up in CO and not a day goes by that I don't miss it.  Get up there to visit my brother every chance I get.  Lucky dog gets to take advantage of the great rides all summer long!  I get up there every chance I get!  Love the ride from Durango to Silverton then on to Gunny and back down to S. Fork.  They don't call it the Million Dollar HWY for nothin' 

OTOH, we will be doing a ride to S Padre Is on Thanksgiving - expect (hope) the weather to be in the mid to upper 60s.  Can't remember how many times it been in the 80s around that time.....  Point being, in the summer it is an an inferno, but the fall and on into the winter we have some pretty good riding weather here in TX.  I still miss the mountains tho.
