What was their original asking price? When I was shopping around for mine, there were several dealerships that were asking 5 to 11K over MSRP. I had to go up north to get one at MSRP. If you pay over 27K, you're paying to much.

Good point- you have to look at MSRP and see if they are taking $2000 off that or exactly what the $2000 is coming off of.  Even if they are selling it at $28,000 you would still be getting about $800 off.  Don't forget to factor in all the other expenses like set up, doc fees, ect.

I bought it. $2500 off HD MSRP and the dealer pays half the shipping to my house 630 miles away. Then of course they tacked on shipping, freight ect.. But I have no doubt I got the best deal available on this bike that I could get from any other HD dealer. These guys were fantastic. Where I live, you are not even allowed to walk thru the door at the HD dealer, you have to crawl.
