This is the Dyno Run showing before and after.

Engine is the HD 120R Crate, Jim/Metal Dragon installed c/w T man 625 Cams, 58 MM TB. 5.4 Injectors, 58MM Ventilator Air Cleaner. Also Fulsac "C" X pipe c/w Stock CVO Mufflers with the Fulsac 2" Baffles.

Originally was going to change to the  Fulsac "D" with the Wegner Super Trapp Slip Ons, however found out to late that the Wegner ST Slip Ons had 2" inlet and Fulsac "D" X pipe outlet was 1/75", oops. Got hold of Casey Wegner and he supplied the Wegner "X" pipe c/w heat shield and they were installed in Phoenix, tuned and Dyno see Pic 2.

Beautiful Curves!! Impressive Numbers!!

How many miles on it so far?

Any particular reason that you had it tuned in Phoenix?

Never heard of this Wagner exhaust before. Any thoughts from any one about this pipe and it's value?  I see they make a 2 in to 1. Is it to large for the 110?

Only had a chance to put on 500 miles while in Phoenix

Bike happened to be in Phoenix as I have a place there and keep bike there for the winter. If it was here in Calgary, I would have gone to Abbotsford, BC and had it tuned by JARZ Performance, which I may still do next summer.

Wegner is the company Harley Davidson was working with on the Crate 120R, I think in the HD Screamin Eagle the Numbers for the Dyna with the 120R were using the Wegner Exhaust.

The Wegner "X" Pipe header and heat shields are not cheap around US $700.00, basically close to double the price of the Fulsac "D" Header. The Wegner Slip Ons are made by Super Trapp for Wegner with a propriety design by Wegner The inlet is 2.25" and has a larger baffle. I got the Wegner Super Trapp Slip Ons off EBay for great price of $295.00. Otherwise I probably would have not gone that route and stuck with my Fulsac "D" X header. By the way it is now for sale. Never used.

Yes, they also make a 2:1 system. they again use the Super Trapp Muffler.

I do not know if it is too large for the 110". It would depend on your engine mods etc.

There is some information on this site and I first heard of Wegner on Harley Tech Talk (HTT). There is a tech with a Harley Dealer on the East Coast (New Brunswick) I think who first stared working with Wegner and HD on a I thing Road Glide with 120R .

It's Wegner...

Wegner is a long established high performance race motor supplier - both road racing and circle track motors - who has branched out to V-Twin products, including a few different exhaust options.

Carl Wegner, who I've known and done business with for 30 years, has a reputation as one of the best motor guys on the planet.  His son, Casey, is leading the V-twin business expansion.

I'd love to get you a sound clip, however I am back in Calgary freezing my ass off and the bike is in Phoenix. I think there may be some sound clips on You Tube.

This set up is not really loud at all, not even more noticeable than my Fulsac set up. At idle and under throttle nothing louder than other exhaust I have had and at cruising its not loud at all. I have 26 discs in the muffler with the closed end cap. It would be a lot louder with an open end cap.

I'm running an open end cap on mine and it's still pretty quiet.

Are you also running the Wegner X pipe and the Wegner Super trap slip ons?

Yes, I've had it for a couple of years now. It's a 120R with T-Man 662-2 cams. This is the only dyno sheet that I have. It's not SAE, and it's a generous dyno.

Our local shop did a charity dyno competition, and it only did around 116 hp and 121 torque. It was a 4th gear run, and my AFR was way off for some reason. I still won the Harley class. There were only two other 120r's entered. Every dyno is different.
