Can anyone tell me more about these 2 parts please?

71230-05        dash panel insert      ($6.85 from Zanotti) is satin and gloss black and has a similar size logo to the CVO version. It comes as part of 71288-03A, the long tank console

71289-03  dash panel insert      ($30.19 from Zanotti) is plain black, with small B&S logo and is part of the vivid black collection

Amazingly the less expensive one is the one I like the look of but I wonder why the big difference in price?

Is there a fundamental difference in how these are made?
