HogTune Speaker Lids

Bought a set of these speaker lid and have had them on the bike for 3 months. Pulled them off the bags yesterday to repaint and noticed one lid has 3 bolt holes that are broken or cracked. The other lid has one hole cracked. Anyone seen or heard of this happening? I'm sure these are unusable. Not sure why this happened. Bolts were tight when I took them off. Not sure I would try and use this brand again. Man I hate going through this hassle again trying to get the paint to match. Could it be the weight of the 6x9 speakers?

HELP!!!!!!!!! >:(

Bolts might have been over-tightened, or might need a large rubber washer to absorb vibration and spread load.

I put it back together just like the stock lids came off?
