I finally pulled the trigger on an upgraded sound system for my FLHXSE3.   Pete is waiting for a new supply of amps, so probably won't see the package arrive till March.  I'm looking for any comments on installation, sound, etc.

Just finished installing this pkg last night into my RG. With all the snow on the roads, no chance to listen to it while riding, but the garage test has me thinking WOW, it will make your ears bleed lol.  Instructions could use some updating, which I  think Pete has done after our conversations the past week or so.
To be fair to Pete, I haven't installed a stereo of any kind of for 25 yrs, so maybe something was lost in the translation of his printed instructions.
A few phone calls/emails later, all was top notch!! Answered any and all ??s almost immediately, great after sale service.
For me though, the KRC at first blush seem to have too much "highs" to them, and the HAT lid speakers, too little.
Again, no actual riding review possible, due to snow. Will update when weather allows lol.
