So will or can they rebuild the older versions to be like the new ones or???
I asked about that also and was told that it does not seem feasible - cannot add the rebound adjustment in any case.

Many months ago I asked about a 'trade in' to upgrade to the new Aero shocks and here is a 'cut and paste' of the email reply I got from them
just last Friday:

Upgrade to Aero:

We kicked that back and forth and got requests before we had made a final decision. First we were thinking a time frame like 2 years,
but we have decided that anyone that has a bagger kit can take advantage of it.

To upgrade the customer have to send in their old shocks.

$800 for black Aero non-adjustable rebound damping.
$850 for chrome Aero non-adjustable rebound damping.
$900 for black Aero-A adjustable rebound damping.

I don't know if Legend is going to put this option on their website or just handle it on a case by case inquiry.  But they told me
the decision had just very recently been made about this and it could be published.  So CVO Harley site members are the first
to know.   :2vrolijk_21:

After reading your review, I should have done a little more research. I just installed the old style last week!!! Legend should do a better job advertising the Aero shock, or maybe it's by design.
