I have it and it works VERY well. If I go to the garage and open one of the bags I get a text with time and location. You can also review your tracks if you want, set geo fences, set speed limits, or track the bike real time. Pretty slick. I sleep much better when I leave it parked at a hotel.
If I leave it at the shop for work, I can tell when the tech is working on it and how fast he drives it on the test drive....and where he went!
Be aware that if the wife has the password she can tell where you are with Google earth......yep, right down to the sign in front of the booby bar! Not that any of us would visit such an establishment ;D

I was just looking at their site. Seems kinda vague on some things. One of them is the yearly subscription fee which STARTS at $59.95 a year. How many tiers of service do they have and what all do they include? I didn't look deep enough into the site to find that info.

Another thing : "Where is my FIN System installed on my ride? [ back to top ]
Your FIN System is hidden in one of several places within your ride. For security purposes, we do not disclose the location of the system to anyone, not even the owner. If this were to become public knowledge, it could compromise the ability to recover your ride."

So someone else has to mount this unit to your bike?

Which leads me to...

"Can I transfer my FIN System to a new ride? [ back to top ]
Yes. You can transfer FIN to any Power Sports Product with only an administration fee."

Does this mean you have to have it removed and reinstalled on your new bike by someone else?

Too many things unanswered for me.

Can you help with any answers? Thanks

All or nothing as far as I can say. I'm in my first year but you get a discount for resigning early.

They use dealers that install or you can do it yourself.

It is simple. You can do it yourself.

Too many things unanswered for me.

call them direct and they will have a rep call you back and answer your questions. That's what I did before I bought.

Can you help with any answers? Thanks

From the Brukus website:

"Easy Installation - This small unit is a very easy do-it-yourself install or you can have any car alarm/stereo shop install it. Plus it is small and can be easily hidden on your motorcycle, is water resistant (also used on boats and PWCs) and can withstand extreme weather conditions."

Seems odd there are two different descriptions.  It may be a good product, but for the money their are asking I'd like to actually see it perform than watching some hooky video.

Maybe one or two of these users will show up at either Ribfest or MV 14 and give us a demo.  :2vrolijk_21:

I have had this unit and service for almost 6 years now and I absolutely love it. Of all the things I have bought for my bikes through the years this was by far
the best investment I have ever made! Customer service is great.

I lost a bike to a no good POS thief I don't intend on losing a 2nd one.
