T-Man Forged 110” Hi-Output Pistons for CVO SE110”
« on: March 12, 2014, 07:18:40 PM »

I've seen numerous people use the Screamin Eagle (22502-07) forged 10.5 compression piston in their builds but haven't seen any builds with the T-Man Forged 110” Hi-Output Pistons for CVO SE110” which comes with either 15.8cc or 24cc domes. Has any one used them? What type of compression #'s would you expect to hit with them? Thanks

This is nothing against Mr Reiser

TR's pistons are AFIK configured to work with his headwork

The stock CVO110 heads have around 95CC chambers,TR"s once CNC'd are @ 101 CC for the street performer and 109 CC for the thumper heads.

I would say that his pistons are geared specifically toward his headwork.....not really a bad idea but it does put some limits to them.

Unless you want to pay what TR charges for the pistons and then pay to either modify the heads or modify the pistons the Mahle/Screamin eagle or GMR's pistons,Mine,Suburbans 113 pistons start to look like a little better deal.

With a mill or lathe, there are many ways to get around the barn.

i went with TR's street performer kit comp. was set @ 10.6 used his 625 cams got 124 hp & 126 trq not bad for 3600 bucks parts & labor...  plus tune  :nixweiss: only got about 600 miles of seat time on it so far & very impressed , good street mannners and feels like top end has no limits
