I need a place  to charge my cell phone.  Thinking that I could keep it out of the way and protected.    Has anyone tried this?   Thanks.   Stuart.

I put one in my left bag. I also use it to power my GPS. I drilled a small hole on the inside of the bag and put a weather resistant strain relief where the wires come through. Also I didn't use the one out of the HD Big Book, got one off of Fleabay for $25 less. Just ran my wires in through the lid opening until I made sure that was a good location, then went for hidden.

Cool Jimmy.  I added the blue tooth upgrade from Iron Cross radio.  It really works great.  I know I'll be looking to charge my phone at times.  It won't fit in the pouch on the inner fairing with a cord plugged into it.  So I think I'll put it in the bag.  Thanks.  Stuart.
