yes they do most dealers leave them in the tour pack for the customer to install because every one puts them on a little different spot and once they are mounted then there is a mark on the engine guard so they leave them off that is a good idea l think

Yeah no kidding, mine came with them installed at a funky angle and I hate to move them because I know I'll have a mark there.  Wish they would have left them off.

I'm still deciding if I want to put mine on and where. Dealer left them off at my request.

I can't get comfortable with them, so off they come and I'll go back to my Kuryakan pegs.

What he said, I have the short ones on the third bike, very adjustable. When I trade I just put the stock mounts on. :-X

Yes, I hear that, not the pegs as much as the mounts. The Kuryakan pegs are larger and have the 360 mounts. I prefer them to the stock pegs.

I took the mounts I have had on the last three bikes and put on my new bike. The mounts that came with the new bike were junk.

Been holding off on mounting mine until I saw several bikes with a HD kit that moves them back 2.5 inches. Stock style mounting is just to far away to be comfortable for me.
