Looks like you lost 5-10 lb of torque below 2500 rpm, gained after that. Good for takeoff from rest, not so good for highway cruising.

At 70 my 2011 Streetglide is running over 2500 rpm. At 80 it's right around 3000 rpm.

Maybe putting around at 2000 to 2200 rpm is affected. But highway cruising shouldn't pose a problem.

with the cams, you need the throttle body, injectors, and filter kit, but yes,  that was on an already tuned / ful sac bike

about 5-7, the cam is a 2400+ rpm cam.   other than light throttle from 2000-2500, the bike is going to excel everywhere

I was cruising 65 in 5th gear yesterday at around 3k,  right in the sweet spot and bike feels great.  that little shifter thing can put you right where you want to be in the power band.

I thought DYNO runs were usually done in 5th gear.  Could that make any kind of difference?

Looks like a nice mod BC!

I hear what your saying.  Depends on what speed / rpm your cruising at.

I doubt the tiny loss of torque would be noticeable.  But when he drops down a gear or two and rolls on the throttle any loss would soon be forgotten.

Nice numbers, very close to mine.  110hp & 116ft-lbs.

There is no right answer, everyone rides different. I like a really flat torque curve on a touring rig from about 1800 rpm to 2800 rpm because I am a lazy shifter on the highway and want a good roll-on without having to shift down from 6th gear. To me any power gains over 3000 rpm don't make much of an difference. Not raining on anyone's parade, just my preference.
