Anyone experience this?

Hearing a rattling coming from the right rear 9 the bike. Can't find anything loose. Brake rotar is hot to the touch after a ride and none of my buddies are. Pads look prematurely wore too. I hardly use my rear brake. Anyone have this going on too?

At 1he 1000 mile service they found defective pad on my BO back caliper...  it had worn the pad at an odd angle but rotor was fine.  New pads have been normal ware.
