one race tuner for both bikes

I have searched and searched for the answer before posting so if I overlooked please forgive me. I am wondering if I can use a scream eagle race tuner 32109-08C on another bike? Or are the tuners only good for one bike? I got about 3500 miles on my 05 SEER 103 after I rebuilt engine and wanted to try a SERT and check difference. I know a guy that wants to sell me his old tuner (wrecked his bike) but I don't know if tuners can be used on more than original bike. Thanks!

one time use only,...married to vin and ecm on bike...so no go on 2 bikes

unless you can get his ecm too if your bike n his is about the same year
