Fully Hidden Trailer Hitch - 2014
« on: May 22, 2014, 11:59:06 AM »

Looking for a fully hidden vertical receiver that fits the 2014! Any suggestions! What is the best wiring system to purchase to make the project simple but fully effective? I am a new owner of one of these sweet rides and have some long trips planned that we would like to be able to tow a small trailer! Trailer that is a totally different discussion!

Bushtec has a removable hitch you can easily remove when not needed, they also have a complete wiring harness that will take care of your wiring needs. Bushtec also has some great trailers!!

bushtec hitch for 2014 cvo limited not well hidden.  hangs down 3 inches below fender.  told to put bumper on to hide.  not easy to install as you have to remove muffler brackets to install and remove.  then force back on with hammer.  returning mine.

that looks good.  my 14 cvo limited does not have as long a rear fender so hitch is exposed.  also found out that bushtec will not fit if you have Vance & Hines monster rounds.  a muffler replacement bracket is installed 90 degrees to the old bracket (towards tire) so there is a hitch width issue.  trying Mchitch and will let everyone know if it fits with my configuration.  Since i remove hitch after use, exposure is not an issue for me.  ease of install is!
