I have a 2010 CVO Street Glide .... the running lights and turn signals work ... the fuse and relays are good .... I checked the wiring under the seat ... nothing seems to be pulled or pinched

Any ideas on what the cause might be ? neither the front brake or rear brake will illuminate the brake light

double check your fuses.  the running lights and brake lights are on 2 different circuits.  and check them with a multimeter.  they may look good, but not be.

It's LEDs, there are no bulbs to check.

If you have a meter or even a simple test light, I'd suggest locating the connectors closest to the actual brake lights and testing to make sure you're getting power to the lights.  That will tell you if your problem is upstream, or perhaps in the lights themselves.
