No rear LED light

Hello all,
Just had a new CVO limited delivered here in the UK and have noticed that it does not have a LED rear light, the UK website shows it as having one.
Wondered what everyone else had, spoke to dealership who of course pointed me to the disclaimer.
Oh well, only spent £30,000

That, and numerous other items, does not come on HDI models.
