Better than our Stateside plates, you can change the lettering and background with a "from the book" choice, not the size and layout!
I would like to see some of the ones twolane would sneak in if you could do a wholesale change  :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3:

I don't know Jimmy. If some of us were as creative with license plates as we are with our avatars, we would cause a heck of a lot of accidents. Just sayin' ;)

The size of the plate is 10" x 4.25" the size of the chrome backing plate, the letters are just below the legal size but I don't think anyone will ever check that, we have to have the yellow background in the UK unless the bike was manufactured before 1972.

the law states yellow background post 1972, but to abide by the law or not is your own choice, I have silver/black on my other Harley but I carry a yellow one just incase I get caught.

Aussie personal plate . I'm an ex-Scotsman , been here in Perth Western Australia 20 years

Plate is issued and made by the state. It means of course " FOR YOUR ATTENTION "

So it does haha..I'd like to see the response if I rode around the Scottish streets with that rego' plate !!

Like it....... As you say try that back here in the UK.. And would be hell to pay. Always having trouble from the law with my reg plates on my bikes. I have a custom Chopper with side mounted plate on my Big Bear Chopper., always causes a stir with the "Boys In Blue"!!!...
