I had dealer install led lights in my tour pack airline luggage rack an saddle bag lid guards. Parts book states they work as running an stop lights.
Problem is no stop lights??
Did not receive instructions for the installation. 
Any help here, miss wired or not compatible with 2011 CVO ROAD GLIDE ULTRA???

Shouldn't be able to go wrong with the luggage rack light, the " Y " piece wiring harness that is supplied with the light kit simply bridges the tail, stop, and earth circuit under the liner in the box, three wire connectors, Black, Blue, and White from memory.
Will only connect one way.

edit: OH ! just remembered, the connector on the light lead end has to be assembled after the wires have been threaded through the rack frame and into the box lid,,, maybe they neglected to assemble the connector correctly there ?

Open the lid and follow the wires from the light to where they connect to the original wiring and see if all three wires are connected.
