I definitely wouldn't crack my 131 at 1500rpm as it would prolly puke. But I have the stock high gearing which is prolly part of it and I have a big dip around 2500 range so I have to roll it up and then after 3k I guess I could wack it but I don't. It is tuned 130hp135tq std. I think it could use a little tweaking but I get 37mpg most of the time.
