Lowering FLHRSE5

Looking for advice on the best way to lower a 2013 SERK.

Why?  The rear of a RK is already lowered relative to the standard height of an EG, and lowering it even more is asking for ground clearance and lean angle problems.  You could lower the front an inch to match the rear I suppose, but not more than that.  What are you trying to achieve?  If you need to get a bit closer to the ground to get your feet down solidly, you should try a good set of riding boots with a thick high traction sole, and a seat with a lower and narrower rider section.

I agree with GRC..!
I was in a Ride Like a Pro class and the instructor spoke of when lowered it increases the chance of high centering in a turn.
Explore your options.
BTW I saw another instructor at the PNW HOG Rally who could not touch the ground flat footed but he sure could ride!!

I did, Legend Air, suspensions I'll keep.
Just have a check on your belt tension.

I sure would not lower, I have scraped the floor boards in a curve more than once at stock height.    Narrow the noes of the seat, makes it easier to get feet flat, thicker boot soles, lower the seat.
