I just bought a NEW 14, I figure I would ask this question here since the majority of the exhaust info on the main page was dealing with all of the other cvos' but ours(breakout). I was all set to just get the v&h big rad duals and I was told there not the best performing pipe and I could gain about 6-8 hp with a 2 into 1. I am a sound guy, I know the days of running long straits with carbs and the sound they produced are long gone. I do want some sound though preferably more is better. What do guys suggest? Many of us are running the Fullsac setup (2-1-2 header with Fullsac replacement baffles).  The baffles can be purchased in 4 different sound levels).

   If your looking for sound the duel's are going to be louder. Bassani's pipes seem to have better number's than the V&H's and still have great sound. I installed the Big City Thunder baffles in my V&H and they preformed allot better. The sound is the same but the decel sound cool. I was going for looks....

   Research your options, there are allot more pipes now on the market before I purchased mine.

Sorry, disregard my earlier post about Fullsac.  I didn't notice you had a Breakout and Fullsac is for tourers.

I'm using a Thunderheader and it performs well and sounds great. Like the dual pipe look better but it's still okay.
