I would like to find out  if you have the automatic volume control off does your radio or xm volume go way down when you stop.
Mine is off when i stop volume goes to 1/4 of the normal sound level.   as soon as you move it goes way up.  Is this normal.  14 cvo limited

That's exactly opposite of how AVC is supposed to work.  If it was truly off there would be no difference in volume regardless of road speed.  It sounds as if yours is actually set at max, not off.  Try setting it at 1 bar and see what happens, then at 4 bars.  There should be a significant difference between the settings.

Check to see if your infotainment system has the latest firmware, and if it doesn't you can download and install it yourself or get your dealer to do it.
