On a "bagger" it's behind the left side pannier ( sitting on the bike YOUR left !)

( I'm guessing your bike is a Bagger ? )

BAG HAS TO COME OFF USING /REMOVING THE DZUS FASTENERS

Plug is grey/fawn colour with a waterproof "butt plug"..slid onto a locator spline

Easy once you've done it a few hundred times ( I have haha...)

On a '13 SERK, its behind the left side cover..........but you still need to remove saddlebag. Thats a domestic model, anyways.

On my 2012 Ultra CVO, I did my Fullsac upgrade a few months ago, Fullsac DX headpipe, 2.0 baffles, screens and TTS Mastertune, the plug that you need to interface your Laptop with the Ultra is not under the Saddlebag, rather its under the side panel cover on the left side of the bike, as you sit on it, no need to remove your saddlebag.  There are 2 connectors under that side panel, one gray and one black. To be honest, its been a couple of months since I did the upgrade, but I believe its the plug on the bottom, as they sorta sit one one above the other one. I am sure that another Forum member will clarify this, as this Forum is chock full of good advice !! BTW, I absolutely love the Fullsac upgrade, recently went to Colorado, up to the Summit of Mt Evans, 14,130', not so much as a miss, pop, hiccup or anything, Steve George's systems ROCKS !!!!! Good luck with your mod, you will love it !!!

Absolutely !!! In fact, because this was my first time doing this, when I was doing the tune download, I actually called Steve, and he was nice enough to "walk" me thru the entire process, which took about 10 minutes, upon competition, my CVO ran the way it is suppose to, cooler, improved throttle response, more power and torque, just a great improvement over the stock system with the restrictive cat headpipe, I  might also add, that I was sort of expecting a loss of fuel mileage, but to my surprise, my wife and I, riding 2 up in the Rocky Mountains at aggressive speeds, up and down the mountains, averaged over 40 mpg !!
What a system, THANK YOU Steve George !!! I waited 2 years to do the mod, until the warranty was over, wish I would have done it the day I bought the CVO !!!
