leaking shock seal

Just my kinda luck. I traded my 2014 CVO limited with 14000 mile for another 2014 Limited different color, because I didn't like the 15's colors. Rode home from dealer 95 miles. Pulled into the garage and smoke surrounded me. I thought WTF? Walked behind the bike and it's covered with oil. Smoke from the oil on the muffler.
Right rear shock seal is blown and shock oil was leaking out of it. I hope this isn't a omen of things to come. The one I traded in was great other than a couple of recalls and once a starting issue.  :nixweiss:

Dealer gonna fix it, but fight for at least a six month shake down warranty.

Mine was covered by the 2 yr warranty when it blew its seal.
