Hi Nige - yes, our paths will have crossed at some time. Been to Heart & Soul a few times, did the Geordie Chapter Iron Butt run (on my Sporty) up north a few years back.

Hi Jim,

In that case our paths will definitely have crossed. I'm always at the H & S and I've done nearly all the Iron Butt rides into Scotland over the last five years or so.

Only problem with changing back is if something happens when you are away and need the help of a "local Joe" dealer to get you up and running again. Finding a T/Max under your hood might just raise a few warranty eyebrows !

Just harleys is now owned by St Leger HD who have three stores altogether so I guess that would give them the potential of 6 SEUC's altogether. JH seem to be good at selling CVO bikes - one of their sales guys told me thay had sold 12 altogether since launch.

Have you got a pic of your new scoot - what colour is it ?

Nige

I didn't know Just Harleys had changed hands Nige.  The Iron Butt run I did was the one before Skye, I think - you were all staying at a little place in Roybridge, and the run went up via Lochcarron, Applecross etc.

Never had a warranty problem after changing all this sort of stuff on my previous bikes, so it's not going to worry me now! :-)

Black and Orange - these are my pics here:
