28 oz if you drain it real good. Do not overfill!

2010 is 1 qt.  i've never had any problem with just dumping a qt in there.

Note that Harley hedges a bit and says oil capacity "is approximately 32 fluid ounces or 0.95 liters".  It's like the motor oil or primary, it all depends on how well you drained the old stuff first, and it's always best to double check with the dipstick.  Fortunately on the trans the only damage from overfilling I'm aware of might be blowing some lube out the vent tube all over your shiny ride and possibly the rear tire.

Although approx 32 ounces, I believe the recommendation is to only add 28 ounces initially, then adjust if necessary.

I just drop in a qt. Never an issue.
I always drop 1qt in and have never had a problem.
Check level on side stand if your not sure on what was left in when you drained the old fluid.
