Voice prompts stopped working this morning. The radio cuts out when the prompt is being given; but, no sound from the speakers. I did a reset to the ZUMO but still isn't working. The volumes on the gps are set to 100, during the voiceless prompt I reset the volume to the max, still no change. It had been working fine when used a few days ago.

Anyone have any ideas?

Stupid me. I had the speaker/headset rocker switch in the wrong position. Never occurred to me that the prompts go into the headset first. I had the switch in the middle position instead of the down position (light on).

I was just going to say, check spkr switch. same thing happened to me on the way to mv gtg

I had the same experience on the way home from Sturgis this year, cussed it all the way home. LOL Felt pretty dumb when I figured it out
