The "Silver Engine Mystery Weep" that occurs between the motor and trans. I texted pics to my Indy Shop and was told it was typical and not a base gasket leak. When I cleaned it with a rag it was grime, not oily.

Anyone figure out what causes this and if there is a fix?

Pretty sure when it shows up on mine it is from the breather tube. Although it doesn't look like it is coming from the tube.
Poor way to seal the pipe to the fitting. I have changed the seal several times. Sometimes just loosen and reposition the seal works.
