I purchased a pager receiver II rechargeable for my 2011 CVO Road Glide Ultra alarm. the instructions were quite simple however, after many attempts we could not get it to Encode. I took it to the dealership and they could not get it to work. Any one out there has any experience with this.?

I believe your bike comes with the "Smart Security System" and not the "Smart Siren II Security System". The reason you couldn't encode it is because your system doesn't have the transmitter in it to send the signal to the pager.
