which fuelpack/ecu for flhtcuse6 ??????
« on: February 14, 2015, 10:43:44 AM »

Hi all,

I have a 2011 flhtcuse6 which is fitted with the standard screamin' eagle "ventilator" air filter and I have just fitted Cobra race pro 4" slip ons.

My question is this. Is it worth fitting a fueller such as Vance and Hines fuelpack etc? Will I notice a difference in responsiveness, fuel comsumption, engine heat etc.?

Your experiences and opinions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any responses.
Rod.

IMO, it's a much better idea to buy a proper tuner (ie: TTS, SEPST, DIRECT LINK, POWER VISION,etc) and get a proper tune from a tuner with a good reputation.
The difference between a complete, custom tune vs "screw driver tuner" is worth every penny.
Just ask someone who has run a fuelpack-type' then got a quality tune and you will find the difference is remarkable.
That said, when you up your build with cams or other mods you have a proper way to recalibrate the entire spectrum of t/p and rpms rather than big area of fueling adjusted with a screw driver or buttons.
As always, JMHO,
