With all the discussion about what mods we're doing, what accessories we're adding, etc, I don't think I've seen anyone discussing luggage racks for the new SERKs.  I'm looking at the Stealth Rack Kit, p/n 53938-04 on page 423.  Has anyone seen one installed?  How does it look in person?  The description sounds like its bolted on, not removeable.

Hey rbm, If you use the rear detachable mounting hardware (for FLHRSE3, PN 53988-07 $54.95), you can mount an HD detachable 2-up luggage rack or tourpak to it. I use the 2-up rack with a large HD SAC sissy bar pack. Ton's of room for two that way. You can keep your rear sissy bar on and lose the luggage rack anytime you want in 10 secs. Been running that set-up since they created the "detachables". You can't beat it! Hoist!  8-)

That's the rack that came on the '05 SEEG.  Looks good, and you're correct, it is a bolt-on, not quick detach.

I had the two up luggage rack on my RK Classic and finally replaced it with the one that attaches to the sissy bar.  For my tastes, the two up was just too big and clunky looking.  Since my tastes run in that direction, that's probably why I'm leaning toward the Stealth.  And as usual, it's the most expensive one available.  I think Willie G can read my mind.

Oh, and it does not require the separate purchase of the billet turn signals and relocation of the license plate because the '07's already have it done that way.

The SERK has the bump in the chrome rail to avoid the top of the tombstone taillight.  I think this will keep the Stealth rack from going on the SERK.  I kept the detachable backrest + luggage rack from my FLHRCI.  When I need to put on the bags, I swap the backrests.  The short backrest on the SERK will not fit with the luggage rack 53011-98 on page 421.  It's close but will not fit.  I tried it.
