Passenger Seat Bags for 14/15 Ulta's
« on: January 19, 2015, 08:39:39 PM »

I am looking for a passenger seat bag for my 15 RGU for a long trip for a month.
Searching the net all I could find was the Saddleman BR4100,
some good review and some not so good. The specs say it does not fit 14/15's Ultra's for some reason.

Does anyone have experience with this bag or can suggest other bags? I would want to retain the rider's back rest!

I have been using a "T-bag" for the last 15 years. It comes with a waterproof liner and quick access pockets on the outside. it is expandable to make room for all the tee shirts you buy when you travel. It slips over the drivers backrest and rides on the passenger seat. I run a bungee cord under the seat to apply down pressure on the bag's tie down straps. When you check in at night it takes 5 seconds to unhook it and walk away.  The one I bought was about 100 scoots in 2000. It probably has 100,000 miles on it and it still works great...Heck it's hardly even faded.

My brother and I have been using the newer Harley bags and they have worked great.  Grab it with discount and price is good. I usually run with overnight bag which can fit my Full Face Helmet and extra cloths.  My brother does the touring luggage system and just keeps rain gear, gloves, etc. in his saddle bags.
