I believe the terms CVO and Screaming Eagle are interchangeable, so I think the answer would be yes.

No, the stock CVO mufflers are just a different production part number, not a true Screamin' Eagle exhaust system.  Look in the SE catalog, you won't find the stock CVO exhaust system.  The CVO mufflers are a step up from the mufflers on a standard touring model in terms of appearance, flow, and sound, but they are still just street legal mufflers (as are all the offering from H-D these days).

Unless it has changed if you look in the catalog it will show the Screamin Eagle exhaust are for everything except CVO's. Noise level is the only reason as I have been told. They will fit and the same though.

Well that's another learning experience for me. I had just assumed that a SE bike would be SE muffler. Never assume much about HD.

Assume nothing and expect little from the moco unfortunately.  But they do make fantastic (if unreliable) machines.  When they work right there is nothing like them and that is what keeps us in the fold.   :2vrolijk_21:

the other learning experience is that changing anything gets expensive fast. if you have a warranty or service contract - ride it like it is till all that is done and then do what you want.

I was surprised to read that the CVO did not have SE exhaust system. There have been several MC magazine reviews written and stated SE exhaust. I changed mine immediately to Rinehart True Duals anyways. You would think a $40K CVO with SE everywhere would have the exhaust.
