They always say a picture is worth a thousand words unfortunately the MoCo hasn't produced a picture of this part installed yet. However you can see a picture/descriptioin of the part here - Chrome Transmission Top Cover.

What am I missing? I thought the '07 Black & Chrome Engine has the chrome trans cover? [smiley=confused5.gif] Don't all '07s have chrome engine/trans covers? Is this one different or is it for the Silver Engines only? Thanks. Hoist!  8-)

That's what I thought too...the picture looks the same as what my 07 already has on it. [smiley=confused5.gif]
I waiting to see what they come out with to add to this new engine. So far I see no new parts. I bought chrome head bridges and they don't fit....the plug wire is not center.

Well as Emily Litella would say on Saturday Night Live, "never mind."  Boy have I been drinking too much moco kool aid.  I had a big ole list of goodies I got by selecting MY bike, a FLHTCUSE2, and this was one of the chrome covers listed.  Never looked that close and it is not listed on the SE Ultra sales brochure as being on the bike.  Hoist, you don't even have your bike yet but you knew it was already on the engine.  Man you need to get those guys straightened out.  Thanks for saving me $123.   [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

you must have done a search for parts for YOUR model CVO on Harley's site? I've also done that and they list parts that are already on the bike! It's not a very good search engine for sure. Maybe they think we need spare parts?

Yup, guilty as charged.   [smiley=oops.gif]
Just assumed (you know where that gets you) that anything they showed for my specific model was either not on the bike, or an upgrade to what was there.  Parts guy didn't know it was already on the bike so we thought it must be different.  Go figure.
