No confidence in the polished metal, decided to have the bike custom painted here in the UK. Please can you forward ideas and pictures for the paint job which you would suit the CVO Breakout, hoping to have the bike back before Christmas.  Thanks for your ideas.

I don't have specific ideas for you. I had a bike custom painted recently and didn't have a solid idea when I started. I just surfed motorcycle images and copied ones that caught my eye- then I gave those images to my painter. He had an idea of things I liked and prepared quick concept sketches- and it went from there.

When I had my 2013, I thought it old be awesome to make all of the bare metal part a gray metallic....kind of like the new black magic color the have this year.  Then there would be no rust worries...yet it would still be neat looking.

Why not Chrome the polished metal parts???
Then it can't rust anymore and you still can keep your original color scheme.
In your case you do not need the clearcoat any more, in my case they can apply the yellow clearcoat.

Going to to take the breakout to a photo studio next month, my camera does not do the paint work justice, the gold metalic custom paint looks fantastic, I am very pleased it as turned out well. The bike was away over 4 months, thankfully over the winter. I will post photos in May after the photoo session.
