HaHa I did just that. I am reviving a 26' Regulator Center Console boat that I picked up very reasonable. It has bottom paint on it and after applying generous amounts of Easy Off Oven cleaner to the bottom paint and hitting it with a pressure washer it comes off. This is easier than sanding

Take all your birthday money and get it soda blasted - that is even easier

Soda leaves a texture to the gel coat....to much sanding to get smooth

Walnut shells are the best way if you are going to pay for blasting

Easy Off Oven Cleaner worked so well on my bike it has to work on the boat :huepfenlol2:
