Anyone tried this bulb conversion? It replaces the 9003 H4 style bulb with a bright ass LED for about $55 to $70.

Was going to try this or Wagner Zenon bulbs.

Looking for an LED for my Softail Custom but it's a 5-3/4" housing.

From the site listing.

Lists of models that will not fit or may need modification. Basically the headlight bucket must have a min 3.5" of depth clearance. Not a complete list.:
•All HD 5 3/4" housings 3-bolt-mounted bracket
•All 5 3/4" housings with rubber spacer inside 
•7" housings that bulb is secured spring clips: May have to remove bulb adapter set screw, place spring, then replace the bulb set screw.

No real information to go by yet, so it's hard to tell if this is a legitimate product or just one more scam artist trying to pawn off led's that were never intended for vehicular use (there have been a few in recent years).  At least this one is relatively cheap compared to the other's I'm thinking of.  I will say that they admit it hasn't been DOT approved.  Most of the flaky folks don't mention things like DOT at all.

A few guys on HDforums have them or something similar and it 50/50 on how they like them. Beam pattern and difference from high beam to low beam seem to be the biggest topics.
