Interesting poll.  I doubt they took into account how many of us work on our own bikes and never bring it to the shop unless it's a warranty issue.

Most to the bikes like Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda and Kawasaki are crotch rocket sales, they are not heavy cruisers. I think that's possibly why the may not buy again!

Appears although a smaller group I'm sure, Victory owners are the most loyal.

The local Victory Dealer has been trying to get me to buy a bike from them for a while now... I've taken a liking to the Suzuki M109 in Black/Red (less to clean) and they are the same shop...

Haley's expensive, break ofter and we still keep buying them. What a great company profile. Sell them junk and they will come back. I'm on my 7th....soon 8th....

Interesting that Victory has low repair / high repurchase figures. Seems they're doing their homework.....wonder if Indian will track the same way.

IMO ( insert normal opinion joke here), Consumer Reports is just a rag where people have to subscribe ( in other words PAY) to voice their findings. Just turned 50 last week. I've never have CR send me a survey about anything as I don't buy a subscription.
