Whatever you do, do not base your decision on the price quoted from Daytona (Ormond) Harley. When I bought my first CVO over ten years ago they were $9000 more at that time and although they have come down slightly over the years due to competition they are still thousands higher than other dealers.
Try a MSRP dealer, lots of them in Florida.

Motortrike could much improve its customer service I will agree.  The problem with Motortrike is that they have so many shade tree yahoos doing their work for them in the field rather than the product itself. I have 46,000 on my Motortrike conversion of my 2008 SE Ultra and have had no real problems. I did re-tighten all of the nuts and bolts once I got it home. Also re-did the exhaust as they had screwed it up mounting the exhaust extenders. Bottom line is how experienced is the builder. Hope you get some satisfaction in displaying your problems to the public. Motortrike should have stepped up to the plate and covered their unqualified builder monkeys.

Hate to read issues like these. It appears Motor Trike cares more about selling trike kits than they do customer satisfaction. Good luck with your display hope you get some satisfaction. How did the paint turn out on the kit.

According to the Dealer, he had to repaint due to when he pull it outside from his painter, he could see it was the wrong color. But as of now it looks fine. I wish they would have used a little more gold stripe to break up the "brown" but it's ok.
