Moving Tour Pack Back
« on: March 03, 2015, 12:27:56 PM »

Anyone tried it on the 2015 RGU CVO?  Mine is in the middle spot and want to move it back.  Concerned that if I loosen the bolts on the bottom of the tour pack that I will not be able to get them tight without accessing the top of the bolts inside the tour pack.  But since amp is inside tour pack don't want to have to mess with removing the amp.

Thanks

Roaddogg,  The amp isn't in the tour pack, you can simply pull out the liner to access the bolts, I believe the amp is in the fairing on the 2015 RGU CVO.
                    Hope this helps

Sorry,

Started pulling up liner and saw metal and thought it was the amp.  My CVO service manual is on order.

Can I just loosen the bolts under the tour pack and slide the tour pack to the furthest position and re Tighten?  Or will I need to get to the inside bolts to torque?

Thanks for the help and diagram.

Loosened my bolts/nuts and removed tour pack from rack.  Installed tour pack on solo quick detach rack and reinstalled nuts/bolts.  Never had to do anything inside the tour pack.
