Anyone have a gap like this on the front fairing of a 2015
« on: April 12, 2015, 07:16:51 PM »

Anyone have a gap in the front fairing where the 2 pieces come together on top by windshield. I got my bike dropped off the other day and last night had a chance to really look her over and found these gaps. If anyone has delt with this  was it just and adjustment or a bigger issue.

It doesn't look like it is latched or aligned correctly onto the clips correctly.

The three screws that hold the windshield on should be two shortys on the sides and one long one in the middle...youll need a T27 torx should be pretty easy to check out that t29 torx for the rest of the fairing screws...I think... there a re a lot of youtube videos on how to remove the fairing in case you need to watch a few

It looks like something is wedged in between the inner and outer in the second picture? Definitely not correct.

Mine has a tiny gap on the left side, but nothing like that!  I'd ask how the missed that in the PDI!
