I am looking at a 09 stardust silver and titanium Road Glide with 22,000 miles on it. Price is good, on the low side. Bike is pretty much all stock.  How much will it run me to replace lifts (if they haven't been done) and change out exhaust with a tuner.

S&S premium lifters and Adjustable pushrod set will run you about $450.00 for the parts. If the Entire exhaust system (headpipe and mufflers) is changed out I would figure about $1,000 - $1,500 for the exhaust and a tuner.

As far as exhaust goes I personally would recommend Fullsac. For about $1,100 you can get the power cores,headpipe and TTS and do the install in your garage yourself.  I really like their system I installed on my 11.5.
