I would say 14.1 everyday, 13.1 faster and cooler but lower mpg... but the issue is how are you going to get there and measure it?   TMax or SERT?

For pure octane the stoich mixture is approximately 14.7:1 or [ch955] of 1.00 exactly. (This is also known as Lambda)

In Naturally Aspirated engines powered by octane, maximum power is frequently reached at AFRs ranging from 12.5 - 13.3:1 or [ch955] of 0.85 - 0.90. Richer mixtures can result in lower power due to slower burn speeds.
Given consideration of engine life/pumpgas/$$$/etc vs outright performance 13.5 ( Lambda of .92-.94) is safe.
