Anyone know if there are any lens color options for the rear lens covers for the CVO SG tailights besides red? Factory or aftermarket?

Think they would look cool in clear!

The lenses on those part numbers are supposed to be smoke, not red.  The light shows as red when on.  The only other version I'm aware of is an amber light, made for HDI models.

Anywhere a person can buy a set of just the smoked lenses?
Have ambers on my Cdn bike, want the smoked, but dealer will only sell as an assembly with
the fender surround etc for obscene $$.

Pulled up a 2012 CVO SG and found this. Not sure if they are smoked or red? I think the 2012 CVO SG had smoked?

My 2012 CVO SG came with smoke lenses. When the taillights or brake lights are on they show up as red from the LED's underneath. I believe the International models are orange but not sure if they are smoke lenses with orange LED's or have orange lenses. I'm sure an owner with an International model will chime in.

I'm pretty sure the folks asking about different lenses already know they can buy the entire assembly, and what they really want is to be able to just buy the much less expensive lens.  I don't know of a source for just the lens, and Harley doesn't sell them as a separate part.  It's the modern way of doing things.  Just wait until they need to replace a light on a late model car or truck.  The $300 for two turn signals will seem cheap.

2014 CVO Road Kings and 2015 CVO Street Glides come with the newer tail lights (mostly referred to as FUGLY) and they come in red from the factory (at least all bikes I have seen so far). I had the same inquiry, hoping HD or an aftermarket option would become available to replace them with smoked (almost black) lenses. No luck for me so far...
